Pragmatism is one of my core principles: building software that lasts, through carefully designed architecture, understandable components and clear interfaces that form a system which can be combined, extended and maintained.

When developing an iOS SDK, for example, I created a modular codebase whose first version was available after just a few iterations and which went on to accommodate new functionality such as account validation via micro-deposit and internationalisation over the following years. When building a complete technological infrastructure for a company, I enabled the production of over 50 custom apps through the automation of recurring workflows and a purpose-built white-label app foundation.

Since good software is more than merely functional code, AI-assisted development requires human judgement and a corresponding commitment to quality to produce real value. This applies especially to IT security and data protection, which are key considerations in my decisions, from masking development data to encrypting personal data in the persistence layer.

I am good at breaking down complex topics and communicating them clearly. I value working in a team, and share knowledge as readily as I pick it up from others.
